“Give me your TIRED, your POOR, your HUNGRY…”
Let me help you be the change you want to see…in your very own life. I want to share my experiences and pass them on. Why? Because I believe no one should have to struggle for the necessities of life.
It’s hard to believe that there are still so many people in the US struggling to survive. Not just getting by – but literally trying to survive. I’m referring to those who are homeless, jobless, hungry, etc. Now, you don’t necessarily have to be in as dire situations as these to benefit from my experiences and suggestions. In fact, I assume many that are experiencing these struggles right now probably don’t even have internet access. So how do I expect my insignificant little blog to be of any value to these people?
Well, I assume that YOU are reading this for one of two reasons:
1. You’re struggling with being on the brink of these things, or maybe not even that close to the edge, but still in need and/or in search of help in some area of life that you feel you’re at your wits end with. I really hope that’s not the case. However, if you are facing seemingly insurmountable obstacles, HELP IS HERE!
2. You may want to be part of the solution but you just don’t know how to reach out to others. Some gestures seem too grand and others not enough. You’re a good listener but really aren’t quite sure what direction to point someone in when they’re in a bind.
Regardless of the how and why you stumbled upon this blog and continue to read, you can get help here and pass it on.
How can Psycho-Zen Mom help?
I’ve added an “About” page (still needs work) that explains a little bit about who I am, but to put it simply – I intend to be a resource of FREE information, suggestions, experiences, and so forth.
Think of this blog as the life hack of all life hacks.
All you have to do, literally, is open your mind to the possibility that there is an answer to your REAL LIFE problem and not be afraid to share it with me. Let me help you wade through the whirlpool and get the footing you need to prioritize, set, and achieve the goal that matters most: going from feeling psycho to zen.

You have a really great intention and content going on there. I personally love blogs who write to inspire and share real life experiences. Your works are great but if I had to suggest a topic, maybe share some guidance? Kids and teens these days(including me) find it hard to open up to adults because they usually judge us too quick or dont know how to reach out. That would be really great.

Are there some specific topics you think are especially difficult to open up about for kids/teens and young adults? Dealing with all the stuff a teen has to was very difficult for me, plus I even had some stuff maybe a lot of teens don’t have to deal with, making it that much harder to deal with. However, I’d like to think that my experiences could be helpful and I definitely don’t judge. We all have our crazy path to go down, and I believe we all need that guidance you mentioned. If there’s ANY kind of content that needs to be brought up, don’t hesitate to let me know. And if there’s anything you need to talk about but is too personal to put on here, don’t hesitate to contact me through my contact page. It will send your message to my email. My biggest mission in life is to ensure those I come across (face-to-face or online) that they are never alone and don’t ever half to walk through any part of their life without a friend – even if it’s just me!
